"I led a pretty sedentary lifestyle. Most of my day was spent sitting at a desk. My energy levels were always low, and I felt tired all the time. It was difficult to find the motivation to be active or engage in physical activities. I often felt lethargic and unproductive, and this impacted my work and personal life. I wanted to have more energy and feel better overall, but I didn't know how to break out of my sedentary habits."
